This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

We are seeking an Associate, AI Product Manager to join our central AI Products team within Home Client Services. Our team builds AI-native products that transform how customers and agents interact with our clients and businesses. One of our flagship initiatives is our AI voice platform that powers intelligent conversational experiences across sales and operational workflows. Leveraging modern LLMs, speech technologies, real-time decisioning, and internal AI infrastructure, we create scalable solutions that enable teams to deploy AI-driven interactions and agent assistance to improve customer outcomes at scale.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex data science initiatives and impactful product solutions to create value for both our business and our customers. As an Associate, AI Product Manager, you will be-hands on technical, both in leveraging the AI/ML solutions to drive value and in assisting in point solutions that augment the product you're working on. We are looking for 1+ years of hands-on data science / advanced analytics experience or product management on an AI/ML consumer-facing application.
What You'll Do:
  • Identify opportunities: Responsible for identifying opportunities to increase the impact of your product through deep understanding of the problem space, thorough comprehension of the product strategy and technology, and advanced statistical analysis. Effectively communicating recommendations to your product leads to create buy-in and action
  • Translate insights into execution: Translate your recommendations into clear work streams and features that contribute to the product roadmap. Collaborate with Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams to turn objectives into detailed requirements with assistance from your product lead
  • Execute technical workstreams: Leverage algorithms and programming tools to execute relevant technical workstreams. This includes building items such as:
    • Data pipelines to gather, manipulate, prepare, and visualize large datasets
    • Machine learning models for offline and proof-of-concept use cases
    • LLM workflows to automate tasks or for reasoning capabilities for specific features in your product
  • End to end ownership of experiments: Assist in deploying features aimed at improving core KPIs. Conduct analyses to assess the impact of the experiments, synthesizing and owning the narrative
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Research advancements in machine learning and generative AI to identify innovative ways to solve business challenges

  • Applied ML/AI: Hands-on application of machine learning and/or generative AI to a relevant problem through statistical programming languages or large language models (e.g., Python, R, GPT5, Claude). Thorough knowledge in statistics and machine learning techniques

Analytical self-sufficiency: Demonstrated ability to collect, mine, and manipulate large data from disparate data sources, with an ability to dig deep and understand the process (e.g., SQL, Pandas, Tableau)
Compensation:
Total Cash Compensation Range: $125,000 - $145,000 per year
Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
