As a team, we know what it takes to move mission critical organizations forward with measurable, sustainable results.Global Strategy Consultant (Short-Term Relocation to Middle East)We are seeking mission-focused professionals with deep experience in global strategy, organizational transformation, and complex stakeholder environments to lead high-impact, client-centric work for an international security organization undergoing transformation. This role is ideal for candidates who can operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, and who bring a strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop actionable recommendations, and support implementation in dynamic international settings.
Candidates will be based in the Middle East, with all expenses paid, for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to one year. If you have a strong track record in strategy consulting, global advisory work, public sector transformation, or related environments, and you are comfortable leading initiatives in fast-paced and high-stakes contexts, we encourage you to apply.

Engagement Details
• Location: Middle East • Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension up to 1 year

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred; Top 20 MBA or similar preferred
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, organizational transformation, business operations, public sector advisory, or global affairs
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level strategy, operating model design, or large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Experience developing executive-ready presentations, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and in multicultural, international environments
Consultants in this role must be able to:
• Structure complex problems and identify key risks, and strategic opportunities
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Develop practical recommendations that align long-term objectives with operational realities
• Prepare and deliver high-quality materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for senior leaders, including briefings, presentations, and strategic updates
• Build credibility with clients and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and professionalism
• Translate strategy into implementation by supporting planning, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams
• Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and operate effectively in high-pressure environments
