Job Title: GSI Program Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 3+ Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Partner closely with the Program Director and leadership to accelerate GTM motion with Emerging GSI partners.
  • Partner Management & Progression: Lead and participate in meetings with GSI partners, helping them progress through onboarding milestones and joint GTM plays.
  • Process & Program Architecture: Establish a strong, repeatable operational framework and process to manage the lifecycle of the Emerging GSI program.
  • Enablement & Asset Creation: Design and deliver internal enablement programs, training materials, and executive-level slide decks to socialize the program's value and updates.
  • Pipeline Tracking & Reporting: Oversee high-level program tracking, managing pipeline data and synthesizing metrics into clear, actionable business insights for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional Background: 3+ years of experience in management consulting (Accenture, Deloitte, or similar enterprise tech consulting environment strongly preferred).
  • Education: BA/BS degree required; MBA is a plus.
