Job description

Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

At Spring Health, we're on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. Our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare, empowers us to deliver the right care at the right time—whether it's therapy, coaching, medication, or beyond—tailored to each individual's needs.

We proudly partner with over 450 companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading provider of mental health service, providing care for 10 million people. Our clients include brands you use and know like Microsoft, Target, and Delta Airlines, all of whom trust us to deliver best-in-class outcomes for their employees globally. With our innovative platform, we've been able to generate a net positive ROI for employers and we are the only company in our category to earn external validation of net savings for customers.

We have raised capital from prominent investors including Generation Investment, Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership and our latest Series E Funding, our current valuation has reached $3.3 billion. We're just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.

We are hiring for a Strategic Alliances Director to join our team, reporting to the Regional Director, Strategic Alliances. In this role, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of consulting and brokerage firms building and strengthening senior-level relationships. Your mission is to ensure Spring Health is known, trusted, and actively championed at the firm level as the preferred mental health solution. Operating nationally and globally, you will shape consultant perspective, influence enterprise strategy, and drive consistent advocacy across regions, practices, and specialty groups. By deepening executive alignment and firm-wide engagement, you will create early demand, generate a net-new pipeline, and strengthen our competitive position before opportunities formally enter the market. Through these partnerships, you will play a critical role in expanding Spring Health's inclusion, accelerating growth, and reinforcing our position as the mental health partner of choice across the consulting channel. This is a full time, remote position on our team. Occasional travel may be required for company, team or customer meetings/events.

What you'll do:

  • Build Consultant Relationships at the National & Global Level: Establish Spring Health as the go-to mental health solution by building strong, trust-based relationships with benefits consultants.
  • Drive Advocacy: Encourage national and global relationships with senior leaders across specialty practices to champion Spring Health, supporting our pipeline and bookings goals.
  • Support Sales in Territory: Partner with sales, channel partnerships, and other teams to drive pipeline and bookings, engaging consultants and coordinating resources to meet territory goals.
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Work with Product Marketing to create targeted sales tools and educational materials for consultants.
  • Represent at National Events: Attend conferences and consultant events to build brand presence and expand influence.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Act as a liaison with sales, product, and customer success, bringing consultant insights to inform strategy.
  • Leverage Market Insights: Provide competitive intel and market insights to help align strategies with consultant needs.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Collaborate with internal and external partners to hit annual revenue targets.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Grow Pipeline through Firm-Level Engagement: Add new opportunities from diverse sources, including self-sourced and partnership-driven leads.
  • Meet Revenue Goals: Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets by leveraging consultant relationships.
  • Build Advocacy Network: Develop a network of consultants who recommend Spring Health to clients.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to foster shared success.

What you'll bring:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in strategic alliances, channel management, or business development within the healthcare or benefits ecosystem.
  • A proven track record of building and influencing relationships with senior executive leaders at national consulting or brokerage firms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic accounts at a national or enterprise level, ensuring alignment across diverse regions and internal practices.
  • Deep understanding of benefits consulting dynamics and a clear ability to translate firm-level advocacy into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of successfully aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to activate national strategies locally.
  • High-level executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to clearly position complex value propositions and differentiate in competitive markets.
  • A results-driven mindset with a history of generating net-new pipeline, increasing inclusion in major opportunities, and improving overall win rates.

The target base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $159,500 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
