  • Identify and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and co-sell opportunities

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering to align on product priorities and roadmap integration
  • Work with marketing to define and execute partner marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with sales to enable deal support, pipeline generation, and revenue execution
  • Provide strategic insights that inform AnswerRocket's broader GTM and product strategies

Enable Partner Success & Operations

  • Support onboarding of new partners, including agreements and alliance program integration
  • Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, and ongoing engagement
  • Coordinate certification programs, incentives, and competency development (AI & Data focus)
  • Represent AnswerRocket at partner summits, events, and industry engagements

Measure & Report Performance

  • Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and partner-driven revenue
  • Define success metrics, milestones, and KPIs for strategic alliances
  • Deliver timely, accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or related fields
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic alliances
  • Experience in AI, data, analytics, or enterprise technology ecosystems preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex contracts and deal structures
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor while leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing decision-making

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience building or scaling alliance programs in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including certifications, incentives, and GTM alignment
