Purpose
The Director, Strategic Alliances is a critical role responsible for accelerating CENTEGIX's growth by building and scaling a world-class partner ecosystem. You will drive the company's mission of protecting people by establishing strategic relationships that extend the reach and capabilities of the CENTEGIX Safety Platform. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint across healthcare, education, government, and commercial sectors, directly impacting our long-term objectives of market leadership and life-saving innovation.
Position Responsibilities
Partnership strategy and growth
  • Own strategic technology partner relationships end to end, driving mutual growth and platform expansion
  • Identify and build technical alliances with high market share partners that sharpen our competitive edge
  • Build go to market alliances that align directly with client needs and revenue goals

Execution and cross functional alignment
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, from first outreach and business case development through integration launch and ongoing optimization
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to keep partnership activity tied to the product roadmap and revenue targets
  • Represent CENTEGIX at industry events and with partners in the field

Performance
  • Own KPIs tied to partner pipeline generation, successful technical integration launches, and revenue impact attributable to partnerships

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or channel management within SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA highly preferred
  • Proven track record building go to market alliances that drove measurable revenue or client outcomes, with experience managing partner pipeline and KPIs
  • Expertise in CRM tools such as Salesforce and managing complex partner ecosystems and technical integrations
  • Strong negotiation and executive presence, with a track record influencing and presenting to C-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote-first environment with 30 to 40 percent travel
