What you'll do:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven analytical solutions that support pharmaceutical market access, pricing, and contracting strategies
  • Translate complex provider and payer data into actionable insights that inform access, value, and reimbursement decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that measure contract performance, pricing effectiveness, and access outcomes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and translate domain challenges into technical and analytical requirements
  • Work with large-scale pharma datasets to drive insights across formulary access, patient affordability, reimbursement, and pricing analytics
  • Support data integration, quality, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of market access and contracting data
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of analytical frameworks, tools, and models that optimize payer and provider engagement strategies

  • 5+ years of consulting experience in leading large-scale technology implementations
  • Experience working with payer and provider data and hierarchies
  • Experience with pharma key account management, contracting data and technology
  • Experience delivering technology and data strategy projects in the healthcare B2B domain
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Significant supervisory, coaching, and hands on project management skills
  • Extensive experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and GCP
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development
  • Familiarity with industry- standard products and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, Cloud.
  • Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies
  • Experience working with pharma or healthcare data, particularly in market access, contracting, or pricing analytics
  • Strong understanding of payer and provider data ecosystems, including claims, formulary, and contracting datasets
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, build analytical models, and generate insights to support access and value strategies
  • Experience developing interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Proficiency in SQL, and experience working with large relational or cloud-based data environments (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, etc.)
  • Ability to translate domain and business problems into analytical use cases and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with pharma pricing, reimbursement, contracting, and patient access concepts
