Job description

This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S.
The Sr. Vice President (SVP), Partners, Alliances & Ecosystems is a key member of the leadership team with broad oversight and responsibility to lead the planning, development, and execution of go to market solutions and sales motions with Optiv's technology and alliance partners. The SVP, Partners, Alliances & Ecosystems will identify opportunities that support Optiv's strategy, identify inefficiencies that suppress performance, and drive new processes and methodologies that breed top execution. Reporting to Optiv's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this person will work closely with executive leadership to help architect global growth and expansion plans.
How you'll make an impact
  • Lead strategy and execution related to Optiv's intersection of best of breed portfolio of technology partners to provide solutions for Optiv clients
  • Develop GTM alliances to drive Optiv's multi-billion-dollar business licensing revenue and gross profit through resale, solutions co-innovation, services integration, and managed services platform development
  • Lead a team of partner alliance directors and guide them to drive actions and strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Partner effectively with Optiv leadership, to design, execute and align global revenue plans
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence and implement programs across the global organization
  • Effectively utilize data to recognize trends and anticipate challenges in the partner ecosystem
  • Provide insight and requirements to regional sales leaders on priorities, plans and execution
  • Provide strategy, analysis, support, and roadmaps to regional geography alliance leadership teams
  • Drive transformative changes through Optiv and our partners, supporting the needs of our target market.

What we're looking for
  • Demonstrated success with extensive experience in global alliance leadership at multi billion dollar scale
  • Established leader in the high technology partner ecosystem
  • Experience within cyber security industry while managing alliances from the partner and channel side
  • Experience building alliance relationships and programs with large platform technology organizations such as Microsoft, Dell, Amazon, Google, ServiceNow, VMWare, Palo Alto, Splunk, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in driving partner revenue and growth through an enterprise sales force
  • Capabilities in building and executing channel GTM strategies, measuring performance and being accountable for results to executive leadership
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to use the data to "tell the whole story."
  • Dynamic and driven personality with experience building high performing teams.
  • Have an existing relationship with the channel network to leverage the business expansion plans
  • Must understand what is vital to Optiv (Product, Services, Solutions)
  • Must realize what is essential to the Partner(s)
  • Travel as required - likely 50% of the time.
