Key responsibilities

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with Salesforce AVPs, RVPs, CSMs, and cloud leaders to establish Neocol as a trusted referral partner in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Design partner maps and repeatable co-sell plays for Salesforce field teams to execute with minimal effort.

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through joint account planning, QBRs, and field enablement, and track partner pipeline health and field intelligence.

Job description

REMOTE — UNITED STATES        REPORTS TO SVP, SALES

Neocol's growth runs on the Salesforce ecosystem — and we're looking for the person who makes that engine credible in the field.

As Alliances Director, you'll turn trusted relationships with Salesforce AVPs, RVPs, CSMs, and cloud leaders into a repeatable, measurable pipeline engine for our sales team. This isn't a relationship-management role, it's a commercially accountable one, with real ownership over how Neocol shows up across the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll lead Neocol's partner-facing commercial pod, directing the Channel Marketing Manager's priorities, and build the operating discipline that turns strong relationships into a consistent, scalable pipeline source.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with Salesforce AVPs, RVPs, CSMs, and cloud leaders — establishing Neocol as the trusted Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud) referral in the field, not just another vendor
  • Design partner maps and repeatable co-sell plays that Salesforce field teams can run with minimal lift
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across Strategic, Enterprise, Growth, and Commercial segments through joint account planning, QBRs, and field enablement
  • Own Neocol's Salesforce partner tier health, the PAM relationship, and certification investment strategy
  • Track the SI competitive landscape and shape how Neocol differentiates itself in the field
  • Direct the Channel Marketing Manager's activation priorities and hold the pod accountable to field outcomes, not just output
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales on account and pursuit strategy, and with Offerings to keep Neocol's positioning sharp across the ecosystem
  • Give revenue leadership a clear, honest read on partner pipeline health and field intelligence

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 8+ years in alliances, channel, or partner roles — ideally inside or directly alongside a Salesforce SI or consulting organization
  • A track record of converting Salesforce field relationships into measurable co-sell pipeline, not just relationship coverage
  • Fluency in Salesforce's partner program mechanics: tiering (Registered through Summit), certifications, PAM relationships, and the Partner Community
  • Experience directing a channel or partner marketing function and holding it to commercial outcomes
  • Familiarity with Product-to-Cash and how SI partners differentiate within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Sharp commercial judgment, plus the comfort to operate independently and build the playbook as you go

HOW YOU'LL SHOW UP

  • Relationship-builder who earns trust quickly — and keeps it
  • Commercially minded: you track what converts, not just who you know
  • Self-directed and energized by ambiguity; you build structure where none exists yet
  • Clear, credible communicator across sales, marketing, and partner audiences
  • Collaborative leader who holds a team accountable to outcomes, not just activity

WHY NEOCOL?
