Role Overview:
As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving accelerated growth targeting a 2x increase over the next 2-3 years. You will be a key member of Prolifics commercial team, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to deliver strategic value and foster long-term partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manages a portfolio that provides an end-to-end client experience, and profitable revenue growth and oversight of corresponding P&L to meet or exceed specified revenue and profitability targets
  • Stays current with industry trends, market developments, and technology changes with potential to impact the client's business.
  • Acts as a trusted adviser to clients, builds and leverages C-level account networks, and maintains excellent client satisfaction on behalf of Prolifics
  • Formulates winning long-term portfolio growth plans through collaboration with multiple Prolifics stakeholders (service lines, innovation teams, partners, business teams)
  • Build and execute a growth-focused account plan for strategic accounts aligned to client business and strategy, both long and short term
  • Responsible for identifying leads and pipeline generation, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Bring in customer knowledge to ensure Sales understand the client strategic direction and offering value proposition is matched to client strategic direction.

  • Experience managing $8 million client P&L, including reporting and metric assessment
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in the IT industry, ideally in client-facing roles within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of translating client objectives into IT-enabled outcomes across data analytics, AI, testing automation, ERP and systems integration
  • Skilled in identifying and driving growth opportunities through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Willingness to travel and be onsite with clients regularly
  • Proven experience in leading account strategy, managing virtual account teams, and ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction over multi-year engagements.
