Position Overview:

As an Client Success Partner, you will oversee Fooda’s restaurant network in the Indiana market. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Fooda’s restaurant partners are high-quality, reliable, and go above and beyond to service our clients and their employees.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for an assigned book of business, building deep, trusted relationships at multiple levels within each client organization.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure the program is meeting and exceeding defined expectations, address concerns, and align on shared goals.
  • Plan, prepare, and lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Monitor account health indicators and proactively identify at-risk accounts before issues escalate.
  • Develop and execute tailored retention strategies to reduce churn and protect recurring revenue.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and work with internal teams to pursue them.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, advocating for client needs with Product, Operations, and Support teams.
  • Collaborate with other teams at Fooda to ensure a seamless client experience.

Who You Are:

  • You are first and foremost a team player, working towards the shared goals of the organization.
  • You have at least 4-6 years of relevant account management experience.
  • You are organized and care about getting the details right.
  • Type-A personality is a plus! You have strong communication skills and are comfortable giving direction. You are optimistic in the face of problems and know that you're capable of finding solutions.
  • You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
  • You can lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and stand for up to two hours.
  • Experience working with restauranteurs preferred, but not necessary.

The salary range for this role is between $60,000-$70,000 and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.
