We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
We are hiring a Consultant of Partnership Strategy that will focus on current and future projects for rights holders and brand clients. The focus will be on analytical solutions (partnership evaluations, partnership valuations) as well as advisory solutions (Go-to-market, partnership strategy). You would be joining a fast paced team, trusted by rightsholders and brands to deliver impact and value.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Advisory
  • Leverage our deep relationships and knowledge base with agencies, brands, rights holders, and consumers across the globe to create strategies that drive both brand value and business results for our clients and their partners.
  • Curate strategy for clients based upon market trends, measurement, value drivers, potential opportunities etc.
  • Identify the value and objectives for clients, and curate strategy around positioning an offerings in the marketplace
  • Facilitate the work to inform the strategy for key partner programs, and identification of growth opportunities to be used in renewals and negotiations.
  • Leads the day-to-day management of select partnerships, with focus on working directly with client team members, executing deliverables, measuring/analyzing data points, and providing strategic recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are produced according to SOW, on-time, and are aligned with client expectations and budgets.

Analytics
  • Combining KPI's unique insights and technological expertise with both trade and proprietary research tools, informs strategy and platform development, partnership evaluation and recommendations, and value associated with ROI & ROO.
  • Provide partners with dynamic measurement and reporting across key metrics, and demonstrate performance of partners across a variety of data types and sources.
  • Help implement the data analytics vision for business decision making through Tableau dashboard design for clients.
  • Monitor trends in the sports, entertainment, and technology landscapes to keep team members and executives up to date, and identify new opportunities.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience (preferably in the sports/entertainment industry)
  • 2+ years of professional experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • 2+ years of professional experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of sponsorship

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
