Who we are looking for- We are seeking two Candidates one in the Los Angeles area and another in the Southeast United States

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Director of Strategic Accounts to join our team. As a key member, you will establish and manage outstanding connections with our customers, driving growth and ensuring seamless implementation. You will work closely with the VP of Strategic Account Management (SAM) to develop our customer engagement strategies. This position calls for a proven history in planning, customer partnerships, and project implementation. Your talent in applying data-driven choices and industry knowledge will be pivotal in attaining our ambitious growth aims. You will advocate for the customer perspective, ensuring the delivery of top-notch solutions.

What you bring to the Team
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years in SAM, sales, or business development in an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex B2B relationships and closing multimillion-dollar opportunities.
  • Solid business insight and grasp of market dynamics in sectors like aerospace & defense, energy systems, medical, advanced automation, and clean tech.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization; able to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams.
  • Strong analytical approach and ability to use data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with demand generation tactics, CRM platforms and account planning tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Dedication to continuous learning and improvement through Lean principles and structured problem-solving.
  • Dedicated, fast learning, adaptable and resourceful.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.

The base salary range for this position is $139,047.332-  $208,570.99 per year. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
