Director of Strategic Accounts

Recall Masters | Remote (West Coast) | Travel Required

Recall Masters is the automotive industry's leading customer engagement and recall communications platform, helping dealerships increase service traffic, improve customer retention, and unlock new revenue opportunities. We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to develop strategic dealer relationships, drive enterprise sales, and help accelerate our continued growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who understands dealership operations, can navigate complex sales cycles, and has the credibility to build relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Service Directors, Fixed Operations Directors, and dealer groups.

As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic client relationships, conducting executive-level presentations, and helping dealerships maximize the value of their partnership with Recall Masters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and strategic accounts.
  • Build executive-level relationships with dealership groups, OEM partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and executive presentations.
  • Partner with Business Development, Performance Managers, Client Success, and Marketing to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Represent Recall Masters at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of automotive, dealership, SaaS, or enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven success closing complex sales opportunities.
  • Experience working with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and executive leadership.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
