Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through developing strategically aligned relationships with customers
  • Execute initiatives pulling strategy from IDN level to hospital/account level
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
  • Navigate VAC approval process for new products and influence VAC members
  • Anticipate customer needs and competitive threats
  • Partner with the crossโ€‘functional team for overall strategy and external tactics
  • Measure and assess the impact of KOLs engagements
  • Articulate the complete value proposition of Shockwave Medical to Key Strategic Accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience as territory manager in medical devices
  • Successful sales experience in catheter technology, atherectomy, stent, coronary sales
  • Working knowledge of contracting process and in-depth knowledge of VAC process
  • Must not be debarred by FDA for work in any Medical Device business
  • Ability to work in a fastโ€‘paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license.
  • Up to 50% domestic travel is required.
