We're looking for a strategic alliances professional who knows how to build, nurture, and monetize technology partnerships. You'll own key alliance relationships end-to-end from go-to-market strategy to pipeline creation to revenue delivery, all while working alongside ZS client teams, technology partners, and life sciences executives. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who brings both hunter instincts and trusted advisor depth
What You'll Own:
โ€ข Architect and execute co-sell and go-to-market strategies with marquee cloud and data platform partners (AWS, Databricks, Microsoft, and others)
โ€ข Own a partnership revenue target; build and manage pipelines, drive joint marketing, and deliver measurable business outcomes
โ€ข Lead joint presentations and solution demos with partners and clients, positioning ZS's capabilities as the preferred consulting choice in the partner ecosystem
โ€ข Serve as the internal expert and enablement champion for your assigned partners by educating ZS practice teams and leaders on partnership value and opportunity
โ€ข Collaborate cross-functionally with practice leads, marketing, legal, and business development to structure, grow, and govern key alliances
โ€ข Develop executive-level relationships on both sides of the partnership, operating as a credible peer to senior stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred;
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partnership management, ideally within or selling into a consulting or professional services environment
  • A proven track record of structuring and scaling technology partnerships, with demonstrated revenue impact
  • Deep familiarity with the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry and fluency in the consulting sales cycle
  • A co-sell mindset: you understand how to align incentives across partner ecosystems to create joint wins
  • Ability to engage credibly on both the strategic and technical dimensions of software and data platform partnerships
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills. You're known as someone partners and clients want to work with
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Has an aptitude for understanding the technical side of software
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
