Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This role sits within the Sector Commercial Walmart Team and leads one of the most dynamic, high-growth areas of the beverage portfolio.
The Water & Energy Sales Director will own and lead the end-to-end commercial strategy and execution across Walmart for the Water & Energy portfolio. This role is accountable for delivering topline growth, profit, and share gains, while shaping long-term strategy across a highly complex, omnichannel business.
This leader will operate with enterprise-level impact, influencing both internal stakeholders and senior Walmart merchant leadership to drive category growth, unlock new consumption occasions, and position PepsiCo as a strategic partner.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end business performance (NR, Volume, VGP) for the Water & Energy portfolio at Walmart, leading customer strategy, joint business planning (CFP), and direct engagement with senior merchants
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, RGM, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build and execute annual plans and enterprise initiatives
  • Set and execute strategy by leveraging data, insights, and strong commercial discipline to drive topline growth, profitability, share gains & omnichannel performance
  • Operate as a key enterprise leader, influencing without authority across a highly matrixed organization and representing the business in senior forums (e.g., JACT, QBP)
  • Drive change and transformation initiatives with resilience and agility, including marketplace execution, innovation, and omnichannel activation
  • Demonstrate strong leadership presence with high emotional intelligence, developing talent, managing complex priorities, and delivering clear, compelling customer-facing storytelling

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 10 years of fact-based selling experience
  • National account selling experience preferred
  • Consumer packaged goods experience
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver's license
