Position Overview
As the Director of Online Marketing, you will be responsible for significantly accelerating demand for Replicon's market-leading Time and Expense Management applications with highly effective and measurable demand and lead generation programs. You will ensure Replicon achieves all acquisition, retention and upsell goals with innovative and compelling marketing programs, including email campaigns, online ads, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns and select offline programs that differentiate Replicon in the marketplace and deliver an outstanding experience for prospects and customers. You will also manage the corporate website and optimize it for lead generation and sales acceleration.
Responsibilities:
  • Define, manage and optimize online marketing campaigns (e.g. email campaigns, online ads, SEO/SEM, social media) to drive greater awareness and demand while reducing the cost of customer acquisition
  • Work closely with product marketing and sales to create compelling content for outbound programs that solidifies Replicon's leadership position and differentiates us in the marketplace
  • Design sophisticated lead nurturing and scoring programs using our marketing automation platform (Eloqua and Salesforce.com).
  • Monitor daily performance of all lead gen channels, measure ROI and drive for constant improvement
  • Leverage a "Test-Measure-Refine" process to significantly reduce cost per lead and acquisition
  • Identify key metrics and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for stakeholders
  • Manage short and long term budgets and ensure optimal spend levels and mix
  • Oversee website development and optimization projects
  • Manage and strategically grow a team of marketing professionals in North America and India
  • Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of online marketing with 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B software companies
  • Hands on technical experience in the following areas: SEM campaigns (e.g. Google AdWords), other online direct marketing, website analytics (e.g. Omniture or Google Analytics), email marketing and marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua or Marketo)
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing measurement processes (e.g. funnel metrics) to understand program performance and drive optimal effectiveness
