Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Colwen Management, Inc.. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

What You'll Do
As Director of Hotel Operations you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and team engagement across the property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
- Support recruiting, hiring, training, and performance development of associates
- Assist with financial performance, budgeting, and profitability initiatives
- Ensure teams consistently meet brand and Colwen Hotels service standards
- Foster a positive, engaging, and respectful workplace culture
- Champion associate recognition and engagement initiatives
- Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, product quality, and service excellence
- Collaborate closely with all departments including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hotel management experience
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
