Job Title: Looker Developer
Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: Long Term
Ability to own end-end Looker development & administration
Hands on with Looker: has Looker reporting experience, e.g. able to coordinate Looker patches with our AWS admin,data integreity/readiness in Looker, creating/granting user access & privileges, troubleshooting issues
hands-on with complex SQL is a must,
Understanding user issues/requirements for reporting
Can Maintain our KPI (Annual Revenue calculation, Customer Retention, Customer Count, etc) logic - this would involve maintaining the revenue tables and able to make updates to how we would want to calculate retention in different scenarios, running & sharing predictive-at risk reports with stakeholders, maintaining customer health score, maintaining Customer 360 dashboards
Understand Salesforce changes to modify or create new Looker reports
Having great analysis experience
Excellent communication ability (with all stakeholders) to understand & gather business requirements
Having experience with customer revenue and usage data
