Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work alongside the Manager of Digital Marketing across paid search, paid shopping, YouTube, CTV, and affiliate channels to surface insights that improve campaign performance and business outcomes. The teammate in this role will analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs (e.g., ROAS, AOV, ARPU), and produce clear, actionable recommendations that inform channel strategy, campaign testing, and budget allocation. Reporting, research, and handson execution of small platform updates will be core responsibilities. This teammate will work in close collaboration with copywriters, designers, merchandising, and eCommerce teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product availability and promotional calendars.

The role is researchdriven and supportfocused. This teammate will compile regular reporting, design and document A/B tests, scout new acquisition opportunities, and keep the team current on industry best practices in addition to assisting with designing seasonal campaigns and initiatives. Success in this role requires strong attention detail, and the ability to interpret and translate analytics into prioritized actions. This teammate will demonstrate a proactive mindset for surfacing risk and growth opportunities across channels.

Paid Media Performance Analytics and Reporting

·         Analyze campaign performance data across platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Merchant Center, Looker Studio, and channel specific reporting tools.

·         Monitor and report on KPIs, including eCommerce demand, ROAS, AOV, ARPU, etc.

·         Monitor daily and weekly spend pacing and flag forecast variances.

·         Build and maintain automated dashboards, ensure data integrity, and reconcile platform discrepancies.

·         Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and suggest courses of action.

Campaign Strategy, Execution and Optimization

  • Work alongside internal and external partners, assisting in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across key revenue driving channels; paid search, paid shopping, performance max, affiliate marketing, connected television, and more.
  • Create and maintain remarketing and prospecting audience lists across platforms.
  • Work closely with copywriters and designers to prepare ad copy and creative variants; ensuring assets meet platform specs.
  • Review and approve ad copy, creative assets, URLs, and product groupings to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Compile and QA campaign assets ahead of campaign launches to share with external partners.
  • Assist in maintaining product feed logic and rules.
  • Implement small updates and administrative tasks in ad platforms or internal trackers as directed.
  • Develop structured A/B testing initiatives for messaging, creative assets, and landing pages.

Product, Audience and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct keyword research aligned with product categories, seasonal demand, and promotional calendars.
  • Analyze product performance and recommend optimizations to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Identify high-performing SKUs, categories, and guest segments to inform campaign structure and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, eCommerce, and store operations teams to support inventory movement and sales goals.
  • Review and approve ad copy, creative assets, URLs, and product groupings to ensure consistency and compliance.

Marketing Support

  • Recommend new ideas and innovations to grow and improve channel performance, driven by research, competitive intelligence and analytics.
  • Scout and research new acquisition channels and new business opportunities.
  • Keep current with digital marketing industry trends and best practices.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc research tasks as assigned.

General

Education and/or Experience
