Establish and develop strategic partnerships with Associations leading and managing comprehensive strategic plans, stakeholder engagement, partnership, and consultation strategies. This role involves identifying potential partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Lead and guide stakeholder engagement,partnership, and consultation strategies with associations and otherstakeholders.
  • Be measured against a set of KPIs thatwill include growth of the partner ecosystem, the number and value of newcustomers acquired via your partners, and adoption of your partners'solution by customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith current and prospective partners, ensuring ongoing communication andengagement
  • Be responsible for the full partnerlifecycle. You will source, sign, and manage partners end to end that willdrive growth.
  • Create innovative partnership channels toextend outreach and collaboration, engage, and solicit participation ininitiatives, project/program requirements, operational interfaces, andother strategic policy areas.
  • Build and maintain networks to foster newinitiatives, develop partnerships, and strengthen strategic policy andproject development activities. Facilitate the advancement of specificobjectives such as integrated mobility and enhanced data visualization.
  • Provide consultation and direction tocolleagues and external stakeholders. Identify current and impendingpolicy and regulatory issues.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure consistencyacross projects for internal Program teams. Act as first level ofescalation with municipalities.
  • Address process improvement to ensureconsistency in collaboration with stakeholders, and guide project teams onbest practices based on lessons learned.
  • Serve as facilitator for Steering levelgovernance meetings, Executive level pre-brief strategy sessions, andpreliminary stakeholder preparatory sessions with senior officials within Associationsto negotiate, inform, and engage in established governance process.
  • Oversee preparation of briefing notes,presentation materials, reports, and recommendations.
  • Develop, review, and administer reportsto support governance, including project folios, decision notes, andcommittee reports.
  • Additional strategic planningresponsibilities as required.

Requirements
  • Professional Credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset.
  • Preferred Work Experience: At least 2+ years of experience having developed and managed consultation and engagement strategies with diverse stakeholders.
  • Preferred Sector Experience: Experience engaging with both Associations.

Technical and Language Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales,Communications or related field
  • Working in or with an Association is goodto have.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Officeapplications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity and skills with projectmanagement software tools an asset.
  • Proficient English communication skills,both written and verbal, including advanced business writing skills andprofessional verbal presentation skills suitable for a range of audiences.
  • Task -Based Qualifications and AdditionalAttributes:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; abilityto motivate and engage with a diverse group of internal and externalstakeholders, at all levels of seniority.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply projectmanagement principles, methodologies and best practices.
  • A successful track record of managing complexdeals and cross-functional projects
  • Strong relationship management skillsincluding stakeholder relations management, business networking,diplomacy, negotiation, change management and consulting/advisory skills.Excellent listening skills, and the ability to provide and receiveeffective feedback.
