Role Overview
The Partner Program Specialist supports partner readiness and go-to-market execution for new and existing products within the Partner Network Program. This role coordinates across Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure partners have the tools, information, and programs needed to effectively position and sell priority offerings.
This individual plays a key role in aligning cross-functional efforts, tracking readiness progress, and helping drive partner activation and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Readiness & Product Lifecycle
  • Support coordination of partner readiness for new product introductions and ongoing improvements for existing offerings
  • Work with Product, Enablement, and Marketing teams to ensure partner-facing materials (training, playbooks, GTM assets) are developed, updated, and delivered on time
  • Help maintain readiness frameworks and ensure partners have access to current, relevant resources
  • Ensure updates are reflected within the Partner Network Program (tiers, competencies, badging)

Program Coordination & GTM Alignment
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
  • Track progress of readiness and GTM activities to ensure alignment and on-time execution
  • Support consistency and quality of partner-facing communications and materials

Revenue Acceleration Support
  • Assist in execution of programs to drive partner focus and revenue for priority products (e.g., incentives, campaigns, plays)
  • Partner with regional teams to support rollout and adoption of GTM initiatives
  • Ensure programs are supported with the necessary content and field alignment

Partner Engagement & Feedback
  • Help drive partner awareness of new and strategic offerings
  • Support clarity of partner value propositions and sales motions
  • Collect feedback from partners and field teams to inform improvements

Performance Tracking
  • Track key metrics (e.g., readiness completion, partner adoption, pipeline contribution)
  • Identify gaps and escalate risks to help keep initiatives on track
  • Provide regular updates on readiness status and program execution

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in partner programs, enablement, GTM, product marketing, or a related area
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or programs
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and track details effectively
  • Clear communicator with ability to translate information into actionable outputs
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs. Employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and if you are an office-assigned employee, a generous commuter subsidy.
