Job description

Job Title: Project Manager - International Business Support Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US * * * The Opportunity: We deliver products to the military community focused on signal exploitation, communications devices, and radio systems. In this role you will be primary interface between customers, internal functional teams, and government agencies to ensure successful execution of contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and program performance. This includes creating proposals as well as managing contractual, technical and schedule performance for international contracts.

For pre-award work, this position will support the sales team to develop and coordinate RFI and proposal responses to include corporate management reviews, customer-facing product demonstrations and requisite meetings. For post-sale work, this position will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and cost of contracts. This will require management of and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, finance, contracts, operations, management and reporting to corporate leadership.

Responsibilities: Lead multiple international defense programs from proposal through contract closeout Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, schedule, scope, and quality Manage internal relationships between a cross functional team spanning from sales, engineering, operations, procurement, quality, finance, and product line management to ensure success of program Maintain relationships and coordinate with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status. Ensure production schedules meet contractual obligations in coordination with operations and system resources are used effectively Coordinate with export compliance personnel to ensure timely processing and approval of export authorizations and licensing. Maintain compliance with ITAR and EAR export control regulations Foster customer relationships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and coordinate timely resolution of issues.

Schedule and manage all major program reviews both internally and externally Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's, or higher, in Business, Financial, or Engineering discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience managing defense programs Significant experience managing U.S. Department of State export licenses and working knowledge of ITAR, EAR and U.S

export compliance regulations Demonstrated experience presenting to customer and internal management Ability to manage multiple priorities across a variety of programs, customers and stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proficient at coordinating and managing proposals including technical and cost volumes Desired: Prior experience in or knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems and/or tactical communications Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) programs Experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, and allied international defense customers Demonstrated experience managing programs delivering complex solutions PMP certification Prior experience with scope, cost and schedule management Active security clearance - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity
