Partner Success

As the first dedicated Partnership team member focused on post‑sale partners you will:

  • Own the full post‑sale partner relationship, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Drive retention, partner health, and revenue growth across Chariot’s partner base
  • Reduce time‑to‑value by standardizing onboarding and accelerating early partner impact
  • Increase adoption of core features and new product releases
  • Act as the connective tissue between our partners and the Chariot team
About You
  • Load‑bearing. You take ownership and outcomes are worse if you’re not there
  • High agency and urgency. You want everything to move faster and see problems as your problem
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with execution
  • Comfortable owning hard partner conversations and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Clear, structured communicator who speaks clearly externally and internally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
