Job description

At Inductive Bio, we're helping drug hunters find better medicines, faster, through our virtual lab and AI-enabled synthesis and testing approach. Chemists have historically relied on slow, resource-intensive design-make-test-analyze (DMTA) cycles to find molecules that are effective, safe, and viable in the human body. We're changing that with our state-of-the-art AI platform that makes every DMTA cycle as efficient and impactful as possible.
Our ADMET/PK models have placed first in the world's largest AI drug discovery competition for ADMET benchmarks two years running. Most recently, outperforming 370+ submissions, including Merck + NVIDIA, and EMD Serono. We are backed by leading investors at the intersection of technology and biotechnology, and our team includes world-class technology and drug discovery experts. We've partnered with dozens of biopharma companies to expedite their highest priority drug programs. To meet the rapidly growing demand, we need to expand our go-to-market with high performing individuals.
At Inductive Bio we're tackling the challenge of making drug discovery more efficient. Chemists spend countless hours combining data, expertise, and intuition to create new molecules that are effective, safe, and work well in the human body. It's a slow, complex process, and the patients are the ones left waiting. At Inductive Bio, we're building an intuitive, collaborative platform, powered by state-of-the-art AI to help accelerate this process.
Our platform is already being used on dozens of active drug discovery programs, and adoption is rapidly growing. After achieving quick adoption via word-of-mouth, we are now seeking to expand our go-to-market motion and grow our software and services business.
As a Partner Success Manager at Inductive Bio, you'll partner closely with drug discovery teams to ensure they get maximum value from Inductive Bio's AI-powered platform and services. You'll guide our customers from onboarding through adoption, becoming a trusted partner who helps them achieve scientific success. Your work will be critical to expanding our customer relationships and refining the way we deliver impact at scale.
What you'll do:
  • Account Ownership: Own onboarding and account activation; monitor adoption across assigned accounts and resolve barriers to scientific success
  • Project Management: Drive project management and execution across accounts to ensure accountability across both internal stakeholders and customers, while appropriately capturing feedback, escalating risks, and driving timely resolutions
  • Cross-Collaboration: Collaborate with product scientists, medicinal chemists, and ML engineers to ensure ongoing successful high-impact support to customers, and coordinate with sales on renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Develop Scalable Processes: Help develop scalable processes and playbooks to improve onboarding, QBRs, and customer experience as the team grows

Who you are:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a complex product or service (ex: customer success or consulting within biotech, health tech, scientific software, life sciences)
  • Preference for a masters or PhD in chemistry, cell / molecular biology, or related scientific field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to track tasks, decisions, and progress across multiple accounts, including the ability to effectively navigate ambiguous situations with clients
  • Showcases ability to independently own end-to-end client management and all internal and external work-streams with minimal oversight
  • Ability to drive consensus, action, and build lasting relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and personas
  • Exceptional cross-functional written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on execution mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, while also being able to translate your experiences to formulate strategy and improve processes

Working at Inductive
At Inductive Bio, we know that the people on the team are what make us great. We offer competitive salary and equity-based compensation; comprehensive healthcare benefits (including dental and vision); and the opportunity to grow along with a rapidly scaling company. We are a passionate, kind, and mature team. Working at a fast growing startup is not always a 9-5 job, but we believe that our employees should have full lives beyond their career.
