About This Opportunity
Partner Success Specialist plays a key role in supporting and partnering directly with our Account Managers to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience to our external partners.
This role is operationally focused and execution driven. You will work alongside Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient resolution of partner needs. Your success is measured by your ability to enhance internal efficiency, improve partner satisfaction, and strengthen revenue predictability.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Account Manager Partnership
  • Serve as the primary operational partner to assigned Account Managers.
  • Support Account Managers with partner onboarding, documentation, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
  • Ensure clear communication between Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and external partners.
  • Help prepare reports, materials, and data needed for partner conversations and quarterly reviews.

Process & Workflow Optimization
  • Manage and maintain tools and systems, including automation platforms and sales enablement technologies.
  • Assist in developing and refining workflows that increase efficiency and reduce friction for partners.
  • Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements.

Pipeline & Reporting Support
  • Support pipeline management activities to ensure accurate data and reliable revenue projections.
  • Generate and analyze reports and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor partner activity and flag trends, risks, or opportunities to Account Managers.

Partner Experience
  • Ensure timely responses and resolution of partner requests.
  • Help uphold Maxwell Power's Partner Success standards across all communications.
  • Contribute to maintaining a consistent, professional, and solutions-oriented partner experience.

Location & Work Authorization
This is a U.S.-based remote position. Candidates must physically reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application and throughout employment. Maxwell Power does not provide visa sponsorship or employment-based immigration support for this role.
