Partner Success Manager - JD
Location: Remote US
Overview:
Constellation Data Labs, a subsidiary of the Andromeda Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc is seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager. As the Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of complex projects, owning the client relationship, and the timely resolution of client issues including data compliance and application upgrades. The Partner Success Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, serving as the voice of the client to help achieve their business objectives.
Accountabilities:
Onboard and complete new client implementations within 90 days.
  • Manage the comprehensive onboarding of requested listing, public record, and other data feeds for all existing Clients and deliver a highly organized approach with detailed goals, timelines, processes and responsibilities.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure a complete, on-time and successful implementation of additional Client requested data, services, and products.

  • Manage simultaneous projects at one time, balancing priorities of business results, Client satisfaction, and implementation quality.

Customer Satisfaction
  • Learn Client's business applications to the degree of being conversant in their functions.

  • Hold regular Client review meetings and measure Client satisfaction levels.

  • Develop, organize, distribute, collect and report on semi-annual Client satisfaction surveys.

  • Report on success metrics, including Client satisfaction, ROI and potential business opportunities.

Adoption & Value:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests.

  • Prepare and lead quarterly meetings.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their strategic roadmap.

  • Keep clients informed about the company's expanding portfolio of products at a high level.

Renewal
  • Own the renewals from start to finish.

Growth
  • Connect with client regularly to understand business objectives and roadmap.

  • Upsell and growth opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of experience years of customer success, account manager and/or project management, ideally in a SaaS environment

  • Highly organized and success-driven with strong presentation skills

  • Excellent project management skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, timelines, and quality of work

  • Works well in a collaborative team environment

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%

FLSA Designation (US Only):
Exempt
Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$85,500.00 - USD$104,500.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
Benefits (US Only):
Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
Time off (US Only):
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
