Job description

What You'll Do 

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Partner Success Associate to support client engagement and growth within the Partner Success Department. You will play a critical role in supporting key business results related to client retention and contract performance. Additionally, you will:

Client-Facing Delivery Expectations:

  • Build fluency in the suite of dashboards and data available to report against contract obligations.
  • Translate available data into meaningful, story-telling presentations related to contract performance (e.g. enrollment, utilization, quality measures).
  • Project manage and track next steps and follow-ups from external meetings through to completion.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Partner Success and Sr. Director, Partner Success to support Joint Operating Committee meetings with clients and Internal Contract Management Meeting with senior leadership.

Internal Governance and Communication:

  • Build and manage new templates for the Partner Success team as opportunities to standardize present themselves.
  • Lead documentation of process optimization efforts for the Partner Success team as opportunities to streamline present themselves.
  • Coordinate efforts to improve contract performance, enhance care coordination, or solve pain points within the attributed population.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met with quality and excellence
  • Work closely with our data team to generate reporting that supports care coordination and performance management with each client.
  • Regularly communicate project status, barriers, risks, and updates to key stakeholders across the organization.

What You Bring & How You Qualify 
First and foremost, you're passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:

  • A knack for building strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills, such as ability to develop high-quality materials, work on concrete deadlines, and deliver results independently.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • 1-3+ years' experience working in a healthcare company, experience with a management consulting firm a plus.
  • A "commercial mindset" to help the company meet its high growth goals. Experience at an early to mid-stage start-up company is a plus.
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a specific focus on the nuances and intricacies of value-based care; experience with Medicaid health plans is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask across projects in a variety of subject matter areas.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn, grow quickly, with a bias for action.
  • Willingness to travel (20%)

The role offers a base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 in addition to competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
