Job description

About the team:

As part of our Client Success team, you will work alongside an experienced Senior Client Success Partner to learn the craft of client success through hands-on observation and guided development. Our team is focused on delivering an exceptional client experience - helping ClearanceJobs clients get the most out of their investment using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.

About the role:

As an Associate Client Success Partner, you will work directly alongside an assigned Senior CSP - supporting their book of business through structured shadowing, administrative contribution, and progressive skill development as you build the foundation for eventually managing your own accounts.

Why we're hiring for this role:

This role allows us to invest in the next generation of Client Success talent, developing individuals from the ground up to strengthen the long-term health and continuity of our client success organization.

Once hired, you will:

Shadow your assigned Senior CSP on client calls - taking notes, joining pre-call prep, and participating in post-call debriefs to build client knowledge.

Handle administrative tasks including CRM documentation, data entry, and account record maintenance in Salesforce and ClearanceJobs Admin.

Support the Senior CSP with client-facing materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up documentation.

Complete onboarding training modules, product certifications, and learning milestones on schedule.

Practice client-facing skills through structured role plays with other CSPs.

As you progress in the role, you will:

Develop a working understanding of account health signals, risk indicators, and expansion opportunities through ongoing observation and involvement.

Build independence in CRM and administrative tasks, completing them accurately and on time without requiring correction.

Grow product knowledge sufficient to support client-facing training sessions alongside your Senior CSP.

Complete the internal demo certification and meet the criteria for the 6-month promotion readiness assessment.

Develop the judgment and foundational skills to transition into owning your own book of business as a full CSP.

What you bring to the team:

Required:

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a desire to develop client-facing abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organization - able to manage multiple priorities with direction.

A collaborative, coachable mindset with a genuine commitment to growth and continuous improvement.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; openness to learning Salesforce and Tableau.

      High school diploma required

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Prior experience in customer support, administrative, service, or client-facing role.

Early exposure to sales concepts, data-driven thinking, or customer success practices.

Familiarity with or curiosity about AI tools and their application in a business environment.
