Job description

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Partner Operations Specialist to join our growing Partner Ecosystem team.


In this role, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our partner program-ensuring our systems, processes, and partner experiences run smoothly from onboarding through ongoing engagement. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and work directly with a diverse network of partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.


What You'll Do

Partner Operations & Process Management

  • Own and manage partner-related operational processes across systems like Salesforce, finance, and legal
  • Ensure accurate data management, timely contracting, and streamlined workflows
  • Maintain and continuously improve the partner portal experience
  • Manage and distribute partner communications, including newsletters and updates
  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Analyze partner performance data and provide actionable insights

Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Coordinate onboarding for new partners, including system setup and training
  • Facilitate access to training programs and enablement resources
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner initiatives with company goals

Partner Relationship Management

  • Manage relationships with contract vehicle holders, ensuring compliance and renewals
  • Support and advocate for MBE/WBE-certified partners within the ecosystem
  • Oversee engagement with referral partners and track pipeline contributions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in partner operations, channel operations, sales operations, or a similar role in tech
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and partner ecosystems

Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
