SUMMARY: The Fixed Asset Analyst is responsible for managing, tracking, and reconciling the company's fixed asset portfolio, ensuring accurate numbers, compliance with Grover Gaming policy. This role maintains the fixed asset subledger, performs reconciliations, processes asset additions / disposals / transfers, and supports audits and physical inventory processes. This role is also responsible for State compliance reporting and reconciliation. Supports the Operations by managing, adjusting inventory cycle counts for warehouses and Service vans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Record, process, and analyze data related to fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and substitutions
  • Maintain and operate the Fixed Asset Register, including depreciation, impairments, and compliance within company policy
  • Utilize the Fixed Asset Register and ERP to perform detailed weekly and monthly reconciliations against internal State reporting websites, ensuring all additions, disposals, transfers, and other activities match between systems.
  • Ensure strong internal controls within fixed asset processing, including SOX compliance.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate periodic physical inventory checks with Operations teams to verify asset existence and location as well as cycle reconciliation.
  • Investigate potential obsolescence and perform impairment assessments; recommend disposals or writedowns when appropriate.
  • Reports on weekly and monthly basis movements of assets in the field.
  • Supports the warehouse and logistic teams to clearly identify games to be deployed or RMA.
  • Tracks Installs, removals, additions per state level.
  • Controls inventory cycle counts, executes inventory adjustments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics or a related field. (preferred).
  • 3+ years of fixed asset and inventory management experience
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, or NetSuite.
  • Ability to maintain and operate a Fixed Asset Register, perform reconciliations, and process asset lifecycle transactions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for crossfunctional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Project Teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with SOX or other internal control/compliance frameworks.
