Job Summary
Seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory and asset management operations. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, receiving and distributing materials, conducting cycle counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate tracking of organizational assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Process inventory transactions, transfers, and disposals.
  • Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Organize inventory storage areas and support warehouse operations.
  • Perform stocking, labeling, packaging, and shipping activities.
  • Maintain inventory data using tracking systems and Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory needs.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and safety standards.
  • Lift and move inventory items up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
