Job description

Partner Success Manager
Less complexity. More dentistry. More impact.
Videa is a cutting-edge AI-powered solution for dentistry, developed by a team of seasoned leaders, engineers, AI scientists, and clinicians spun out of MIT. Our vision is to be the first company to diagnose a billion people globally. Our product is already used by thousands of dental clinicians to improve the quality of care through faster diagnoses, increased operating efficiencies, and improved patient understanding.
Your work here will be reflected in real practice, improving real patient outcomes. The platforms, networks, and dental groups our clinicians already trust are our fastest path to becoming the standard of care, and we are building the partnerships team that will get us there. As a Partner Success Manager, you are the engine behind that team, turning every partnership we sign into measurable growth.
If you want to build something that matters, keep reading.
The Role
We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our Partnerships team. This role is designed for a commercially minded operator who owns the health, performance, and day to day execution of Videa's partner ecosystem. You are the voice of Videa inside our partner ecosystem, and the voice of our partners inside Videa.
Videa reaches clinicians through partners: practice management and imaging platforms, DSO advisory and dental entrepreneur networks, buying groups, distributors, and integration partners. Signing those partners is only the beginning. Your mandate is to maximize partner lead flow and to compete aggressively for prime placement, budget priority, and buyer attention inside every ecosystem we join. You will own partner operations end to end, from integration payments and referral fees to support escalations, and build partner processes frictionless enough that Videa becomes the easiest AI vendor our partners work with.
Our Partner Success Managers own a defined partner portfolio with full ownership of the outcomes in that portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
PARTNER LEAD FLOW & ECOSYSTEM COMPETITION
  • Own partner-sourced lead flow end to end: registration, routing, conversion, and SLAs, while competing for prime placement, recommended vendor status, and budget priority (funded, staffed, calendared initiatives; tracked co-marketing/MDF spend) across every partner ecosystem
  • Drive co-selling and joint go-to-market: account mapping, partner-led calls, Sales handoffs, and project managing co-marketing campaigns and events through to attributed results
PARTNER RELATIONSHIP & ENABLEMENT
  • Own the outcomes for a portfolio of partners: primary point of contact from onboarding through activation for escalations, reports and ongoing needs
  • Build partner success plans with named counterparts and shared milestones, and deliver enablement (trainings, battlecards, certification, office hours) so partners can sell Videa independently with confidence
PARTNER OPERATIONS & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
  • Own partner economics end to end: reporting, invoicing, and fee/commission accuracy against signed agreements and HubSpot data, coordinating with Finance/AP/AR on billing cycles and close
  • Own escalation management (intake through resolution, documented SLAs) and build and document the underlying processes: onboarding, referrals, runbooks, and FAQs
  • Maintain partner data integrity in HubSpot (records, attribution, tiering, pipelines, dashboards)
PARTNER HEALTH, REPORTING & ADVOCACY
  • Define and track partner health metrics, intervening proactively when engagement lags
  • Deliver regular reporting on weekly lead flow and pipeline, monthly scorecards, and assist with quarterly business reviews, pairing data with diagnosis and action plans
  • Serve as the internal voice of the partner, feeding insights to Partnerships leadership, Product, Engineering, and GTM, and partnering with Sales, Clinical Success, Implementation, and Marketing on a seamless experience
  • Work alongside Partnerships leadership (who source deals and own executive relationships) by owning activation, operations, and day-to-day partner health
What You Bring:
  • 3 to 5 years in partner success, channel or partner operations, customer success, account management, or revenue operations, ideally in health tech, SaaS, or AI
  • Experience owning a portfolio of partners or accounts and the outcomes attached to it
  • Proven ability to enable and influence external teams while engaging executives on business outcomes
  • Commercial fluency: you can hold a credible conversation about pipeline, deal mechanics, and forecast with both partners and internal teams
  • Hands-on proficiency in HubSpot, including deals, source attribution, custom properties, workflows, dashboards, and reporting, with strong working familiarity with Salesforce
  • Advanced data and spreadsheet skills, including genuine comfort with financial reconciliation, fee calculations, and variance identification
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge operational, technical, and business perspectives
  • Highly organized, with the ability to run multiple partners and internal teams in parallel
  • Passion for innovation in dental care and for transforming patient outcomes through technology
  • Tenacity and creative problem solving skills
Bonus Points
  • Experience in the dental or healthcare technology space
  • Familiarity with common dental platforms, including practice management systems and imaging software, and with the DSO and dental group landscape
  • Experience supporting channel, reseller, referral, or integration partner programs in SaaS or AI-driven products
  • Experience running co-marketing or joint go-to-market campaigns with partners
  • Experience working alongside Finance or AP on partner, referral, or commission payments
What It Is Like to Work Here
We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck.
We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 100 percent company-paid dental and vision coverage
  • Generous medical contributions
  • The opportunity to work on AI that is actually used every day
  • A team of thoughtful, driven people who genuinely care

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, with $15,000 to $20,000 in annual variable earning potential, tied to partner-sourced pipeline and lead flow performance. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable
Don't Meet Every Requirement?
Apply anyway.
We are not looking for perfect resumes. We are looking for the right teammate who is excited to contribute to our mission and grow with us.
Equal Opportunity
Videa is committed to building an equitable, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Diverse teams build better products and better healthcare. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
We have raised more than $67 million from world-class investors, including Threshold Ventures, Spark Capital, Zetta Venture, and Pillar VC, as well as leaders such as Frederic Kerrest, co-founder of Okta. Our work has been featured in TechCrunch and The Wall Street Journal.
If you want to join a breakthrough health technology company and accelerate its impact, we encourage you to apply.
