Job description

The ICMP Partner Program Manager is a single-threaded owner responsible for all partner security operations within the Intelligence Community Marketplace Program (ICMP) on the AWS Marketplace Regulated Industries team. This role manages 250+ active security clearances across the ISV partner ecosystem, coordinates facility visit requests enabling ISV personnel to access classified environments for solution development and mission owner engagements, and owns the end-to-end onboarding pipeline for new ISVs entering ICMP - including FOCI (Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence) adjudication, ICMP addendum execution, and classified environment provisioning.
Operating at the intersection of security operations, partner management, and classified program administration, this individual serves as the primary operational interface between AWS Marketplace, ISV partners, IC security organizations, and National Security mission owners. Day-to-day activities include sponsoring and tracking clearance applications, preparing visit authorization requests across multiple IC agencies, guiding ISVs through complex interagency onboarding processes, troubleshooting facility access issues, and ensuring ISV solutions remain accessible to mission owners in classified environments.
This role requires the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder processes, experience with inter-agency/department coordination, strong program management skills, and the ability to operate independently

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Key job responsibilities
Drive innovation across the national security space by enabling new technology partners to build, list, and sell their solutions across the AWS ADCs. Serve as the operational backbone of the Intelligence Community Marketplace Program, ensuring ISV partners can successfully participate in classified marketplaces.
Own the end-to-end ICMP new ISV onboarding pipeline - FOCI adjudication, ICMP addendum execution, security briefings, facility access provisioning, and classified environment setup coordination. Guide partners from initial qualification through active program participation.
Coordinate all facility visit requests for cleared ISV personnel, preparing and submitting visit authorization requests across multiple IC agencies, managing recurring visit schedules, and troubleshooting access issues to ensure ISV engineers can build, deploy, and support solutions in classified environments.
Manage the program's security clearance portfolio across the ISV partner ecosystem - sponsoring new applications, coordinating with ISV Facility Security Officers, tracking reinvestigations, and ensuring cleared personnel maintain active status to support mission delivery.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between ISV partners, National Security mission owners, IC security organizations, and internal AWS teams

Operate independently as a single-threaded owner managing competing priorities across security operations, partner management, and classified program administration.
