What you'll do We're looking for a strategic and creative Partner Program and Enablement Communications Manager to lead, develop and drive the communications across our global partner ecosystem.

In this role, you'll drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our partner programs and enablement initiatives by delivering clear, consistent, and compelling communications. You will act as the guardian of partner program messaging, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints. You'll work cross‐functionally with global & regional partner teams, partner programs leader and partner operations teams to ensure our partners are informed, empowered, and equipped for success.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Director, Partner Programs and Success. Responsibility Develop and execute the global partner program and enablement communications strategy, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones Ensure partners understand program requirements, benefits and available resources Collaborate with partners sales enablement team to communicate training opportunities, accreditation and certification paths, and resources that help partners grow their business Create compelling curated partner‐facing collateral, FAQs, guides, presentations, and messaging that reinforce program value and business outcomes Plan and execute communication campaigns to increase partner awareness and participation in key initiatives Maintain a consistent communication cadence through a communications calendar and repository of program‐related content and assets internally and externally for partners Manage content and messaging on partner portal, email campaigns, and partner program channels to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging informationli> Partner closely with product marketing, global partner team, and operations teams to align messaging and priorities Monitor engagement metrics (email open rates, portal visits, event attendance) and use insights to optimize communication strategies Collect and analyze partner feedback to continuously improve messaging, enablement materials, and communication effectiveness e.g. through surveys, analytics and partner engagement insights Job Designation Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 12+ years of experience in leading global or regional partner communications programs Experience managing communication across multiple channels, including email, partner portals, events and social platforms Preferred Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively across teams and departments Understanding of partner programs and partner enablement including accreditation/certification programs Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear messaging Experience in technology, SaaS, or channel‐driven organizations with partner ecosystems (SIs, resellers, MSPs, ISVs, CSPs) Ability to analyze data and translate insights into communication improvements Exceptional attention to detail and passion for partner success Proficiency with communication and engagement tools (e.g. marketing automation, PRM platforms, content management systems, learning management systems) Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‐related knowledge, skills, and experience. California: $140,000.00 – $225,075.00 base salary Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $133,800.00 – $189,000.00 base salary Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 – $197,750.00 base salary Washington DC: $140,000.00 – $197,750.00 base salary Ohio: $117,200.00 – $165,575.00 base salary Bonus and Stock Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre‐established sales goals.

Non‐Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
