  • Track partner submissions, approvals, requests, owners, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Maintain an accurate program runbook as the single source of truth.
  • Monitor requests across email, messaging channels, meetings, and direct communications.
  • Submit materials through the partnerโ€™s external portal.
  • Coordinate feedback and approvals across cross-functional teams.
  • Provide proactive status updates and escalate risks early.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, and drive action items to completion.
  • Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with the external partner and internal stakeholders.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience maintaining project trackers, runbooks, or systems of record.
  • Ability to communicate proactively and work with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written, verbal, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments is helpful.
  • FinTech, banking, lending, or financial services experience is preferred but not required.
