JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for various clients. This position will be responsible for filling external positions for our clients within temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct placement positions.


HOURS

Monday-Friday 9am-2pm


PAY

$23-$25/hour


JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offers.
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with clients to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the client.
  • Actively sources qualified candidates using internet databases, social media and employee referrals
  • Recruiter acts as a subject matter expert and assist in achieving business objectives
  • Conducts pre-screening interviews and coordinates on site interviews acting as the liaison between candidate and client staff.
  • Collaborates with the hiring managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Responsible for contacting all new candidates within 48 hours of receiving application.
  • Grow and maintain a candidate pipeline.
  • Assist operations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  1. 1-3 years of recruiting experience required
  2. Staffing Industry preferred

Education:

  1. High School Diploma Required
