Order Entry Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the key player in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service from order processing to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Focus: Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions. Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.
Coordination & Communication: Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.
Representation: Act as the group's representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect the client's commitment to excellence.
Best Practices: Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization.
Risk Management: Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
Continuous Improvement: Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle. Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out.
Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes.
Your Background:
Education: Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, project management, or commercial operations. Alternatively, an Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience: Prior industrial or technical experience is preferred.
Skills:
Organized and structured approach in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environ-ment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and activities effectively.
Team player with a winning attitude.
Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
Prior SAP experience is a plus.
Language: English (required).
