Order Entry Associate

Quality Enclosures is the Northeast's leading manufacturer of custom shower enclosures and flat glass products. We're growing and looking for a motivated Order Entry Associate to join our Engineering team in Central Islip, NY.
If you're detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Enter customer quotes and orders into our system
  • Review orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email
  • Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams
  • Help keep orders moving smoothly from entry to production
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Previous order entry, administrative, customer service, or manufacturing experience is a plus
