The associate acts as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and fulfillment centers to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during order processing. By maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to established procedures, the Order Entry Associate helps to enhance customer satisfaction and operational productivity. Ultimately, this role supports the seamless flow of orders from receipt to delivery, contributing directly to the company’s overall success and customer retention efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with data entry and order management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and textual information.
