Dickson Brothers hiring for a full time office operations position.

The right person for this job must possess and be able to demonstrate knowledge in sales staff support, customer service, payment processing, answering phones, basic accounting, computer inventory management, accounts receivable, order processing and tracking, and various other office duties as assigned.

You must be willing to learn the company software program and implementation to streamline server wide company processes to assist in company growth. Social Media skills are a plus. Also required is assisting with employee time and record keeping, updating manuals, required forms and licenses. All tasks are results oriented
Responsibilities & Duties

  • Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting functions in a retail environment.
  • Accounts Receivables entry, tracking and payment processing.
  • Vendor order processing and monitoring.
  • Customer service, including but not limited to order entry, shipping and follow ups.
  • Computer based inventory management, including bar code entry and product updates.
  • Industry specific point of sale management.
  • Social Media interactions.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a related position preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office Tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Quickbooks/QBOnline (or equivalent) experience.
  • Ability to create, modify and distribute documents through Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-moving environment
