As an Office Services Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner to both our internal team and our clients across multiple professional environments. Responsibilities include:
โข Draft polished emails and correspondence for clients at all organizational levels
โข Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and proactively handle day-to-day administrative workflows
โข Create, edit, format, print, and bind professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
โข Serve as the point of contact with building management for visitor access and service coordination
โข Sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing and overnight shipments
