Job description

IST Management is seeking a new leader for the Boston team! The Office Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with daily mail, copy, and corporate hospitality services provided on-site in a professional office environment. Experience managing or supervising a mail room/copy room environment is required. Excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to grow in their office services or professional career!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

Salaried Compensation: $58K - $62K/yr, plus potential bonuses

The Office Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with daily mail, copy, and corporate hospitality services provided on-site in a professional office environment. Other responsibilities include: 

  • Vendor selection and relations; budget control
  • Reception desk coverage
  • People management; coaching and training employees
  • Adhere to all safety procedures 
  • Improve site procedures 

Experience managing or supervising a mail room/copy room environment is required. Other qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED and US authorization to work for any employer in the US are required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills, including fluency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion; to stand for long periods of time; to perform significant walking
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
