Litigation Secretary


Orange, CA | In Office


Lynberg & Watkins, APC is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join its Orange County office.


This position supports a busy civil litigation and insurance defense practice and is ideal for a litigation secretary who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a key member of the litigation team.


Responsibilities:


• Federal, State, and Appellate Court e-filing

• Litigation calendaring using Compulaw

• Trial preparation and document management

• Preparing, proofreading, and formatting pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Coordinating attorney schedules, court appearances, and deadlines

• Supporting 3-4 attorneys in a busy litigation practice


Qualifications:


• Prior litigation secretary experience

• Experience with Federal, State, and Appellate e-filing

• Strong calendaring and deadline management skills

• Experience with Compulaw preferred

• Excellent proofreading and document production skills


Compensation:


• $35-$45/hour DOE

• Health, dental, vision, life insurance
