Job description

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + Performance Bonuses + Outstanding Benefits

Location: Hybrid opportunity available after successful completion of the initial 6-month in-office training period.

Our growing, well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Recruiter to lead the recruitment of attorneys and legal support professionals across multiple practice areas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly professional legal environment and has a proven history of successfully recruiting top legal talent.

We are looking for a recruiter who understands the legal industry, has extensive experience utilizing Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, and can demonstrate measurable recruiting success through verifiable placement metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys and legal staff.
  • Source, recruit, and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting strategies.
  • Recruit for both plaintiff and defense attorneys, as well as legal assistants, paralegals, legal secretaries, and administrative professionals.
  • Conduct thorough phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, legal experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and firm leadership.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with compensation negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and applicant tracking records.
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and other HR-related responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Represent the firm professionally throughout the recruiting process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of legal recruiting experience recruiting both attorneys and legal support staff.
  • Extensive hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed as primary sourcing and recruiting tools.
  • Must provide verifiable recruiting metrics and placement numbers from current or previous employment.
  • Experience recruiting for both plaintiff and defense law firms is required.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, executives, and candidates.
  • Experience supporting HR functions, including onboarding and new employee documentation.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
