Job description

The Legal Recruiter will be a vital member of the recruitment team, specializing in sourcing and securing top legal talent for recruitment agencies and law firms. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of legal positions, from screening resumes to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in legal recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate applicant tracking systems and advanced recruitment software.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for diverse legal roles through various channels
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers
  • Serve as a primary liaison between candidates, clients, and internal teams
  • Screen resumes to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles
  • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions
  • Build and maintain professional networks within the legal industry
