Legal Recruiter - Staffing Solutions
What You Will Be Doing:
As a member of TransPerfect Staffing Solutions Team, the Legal Recruiter will focus on all stages of the recruiting process for contract legal placement, primarily for document review and litigation support projects.. As a recruiter you will interview, check references, and extend offers for new contract legal hires specific to document review and litigation support. You will also post positions and maintain a candidate database. A successful person in this role will have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the staffing and legal recruiting industry.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop understanding of current client hiring needs/project needs to meet expectations
โ€ข Build and update extensive candidate database
โ€ข Confirming licensure, extending offers and onboarding the staff for each project
โ€ข Liason with groups engaged in production of managed review including sales force, project managers, HR, and other internal business partners
โ€ข Develop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidates
โ€ข Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients

โ€ข Adept at full-cycle project management
โ€ข Excellent oral and written communication
โ€ข Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
โ€ข Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

โ€ข Creative problem solving, ability to develop strategies and solutions to meet client expectations
โ€ข Highly proficient managing and maintaining data bases, learning new software and working with Outlook and Excel
