Role Summary
Stratefic Sales Directors play a critical role within the Global Sales Organization, driving revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Leveraging Consilio's industry leadership - built on innovation, proven delivery, global scale, and multi-platform capabilities - they successfully position our solutions with leading corporations and law firms worldwide.
Our consultative, solution-first sales approach differentiates Consilio in the market and is central to our continued growth. Candidates must have prior experience in legal advisory, legal transformation, eDiscovery/legal technology, or compliance. Success in this role is measured by the ability to build and manage a robust pipeline, identify and address client needs, and maintain consistent engagement with prospective and current clients.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong command of legal advisory, legal transformation, and eDiscovery services, clearly articulating Consilio's value proposition.
  • Balance efficient deal progression with a consultative approach that aligns client needs to Consilio's service offerings.
  • Manage a strong pipeline from identification through proactive outreach, industry events, referrals, and partner engagement, while expanding existing client relationships by driving solution adoption and multi-threaded engagement across key stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market and account strategy targeting high-value clients, whitespace, and priority industry segments and deliver compelling presentations to senior legal, compliance, IT/security, and eDiscovery executives.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, RFP responses, and SOWs to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain an active schedule of client meetings and networking events to strengthen brand presence and uncover opportunities.
  • Cross-functionally partnerships with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Operations to support campaigns, product introductions, and client success initiatives.
  • Monitor client needs, market trends, and competitive activity to refine territory strategy and inform product/solution enhancements.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
  • Education: BA/BS degree required (advanced degree a plus).
  • Experience:
    • Preferred 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in legal advisory, legal transformation, eDiscovery/legal technology, compliance, or adjacent SaaS-enabled services.
    • Demonstrated success selling large-scale legal technology and managed services (e.g., eDiscovery/Document Review) with multi-stakeholder, multi-solution cycles.
    • Proven track record of overachievement vs. annual targets and leading complex pursuits from strategy to close.
    • Experience building and executing target account plans, territory penetration strategies, and predictable pipeline management.
    • A robust network of law firm and corporate legal contacts.
    • Executive presence and the ability to translate complex legal/technical topics into clear, business outcomes.
    • Entrepreneurial drive, high integrity, and a bias for action.
    • Agile communicator who can adapt messaging to legal, technical, and business audiences with polish and relevance.

Work Model, Location & Travel
  • Work Model: Remote/Hybrid within the United States
  • Travel: ~30-50% (client meetings, events, internal collaboration), based on territory needs
