Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and professional networking platforms is typically required. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to build lasting client and candidate relationships set top performers apart. What is permanent placement?

Permanent placement refers to the process where a recruitment agency or staffing firm helps a company hire a candidate for a long-term, full-time position, rather than a temporary or contract role. In this arrangement, the candidate becomes a direct employee of the hiring company, and the agency typically receives a one-time fee for their services. This method is often used to fill key roles that require long-term commitment and specialized skills. Permanent placement can save companies time and resources by streamlining the hiring process and providing access to a broader pool of qualified candidates.
