An internship placement is a temporary work experience provided by an organization to students or recent graduates. It allows individuals to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and professional networking opportunities in their chosen field. Internship placements can be paid or unpaid and typically last from a few weeks to several months. These opportunities help participants bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world employment, enhancing their resumes and career prospects.
