What is executive placement?

Executive placement is a specialized recruitment service focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring senior-level executives for organizations, such as CEOs, CFOs, or other top management roles. These services are often provided by executive search firms, which use their industry networks and expertise to find candidates who fit both the skill requirements and the company culture. The process typically involves a thorough assessment of candidates and close collaboration with the hiring organization.
