Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our warehouse and supply chain operations on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the process.




Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and organize inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled and rotated
  • Pick and prepare materials for manufacturing, transfers, and customer orders
  • Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Load and unload shipments; verify packing lists and documentation
  • Package, label, and stage outgoing shipments
  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
  • Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist with maintaining warehouse supplies and submitting replenishment requests
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment


Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
  • Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
