Temporary Benefits Manager Fort Worth, TX Temporary Assignment (8-12 Weeks) Location: Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: Approximately 8-12 weeks Pay: Up to $60/hour, depending on experience CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a large organization to hire an experienced Temporary Benefits Manager for an immediate leadership opportunity. This role will oversee a small benefits team while managing benefit programs that support approximately 7,500 employees and 3,000 retirees. If you have a strong background in employee benefits, self-funded health plans, benefits strategy, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of benefits professionals and temporary administrative staff Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs Manage self-funded benefit plans and related fund activities Partner with benefit vendors to improve service delivery and monitor performance Analyze utilization trends and make recommendations for plan design improvements Develop employee education and communication strategies Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders on strategic initiatives Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 5+ years of employee benefits experience 2+ years of supervisory or management experience Preferred CEBS, CGBA, or similar professional certification Experience managing self-funded health plans Experience with mid-sized employer benefit programs Public sector or municipal experience is a plus Strong analytical and strategic planning skills For immediate consideration, email your resume !
