Job description

We are searching for folks for our concierge fill in talent pool on behalf of a luxury condominium building client located in downtown Portland.
Hours are part time, all shifts, all days of the week. This is temporary, fill in work.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Address resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain knowledge of the condominium's amenities and services to provide accurate information to residents and guests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  • Monitor access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of residents and their property.
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk and lobby area.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage reservations for the loading dock and coordinate moves and deliveries with the rest of the team.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services such as package delivery, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage keys to the units and building ensuring only the appropriate parties are handling keys and all keys are returned and secure.
